Hi, I’m Laura Mullis, LCSW—and I genuinely love helping therapists wrap their minds (and hearts) around the complexities of dissociation.

My passion? Helping you find trust in your own clinical instincts, so you can tap into the magic you already bring into the therapy room. Because yes—you have magic. Sometimes we just need the right lens (and a little support) to see it.

My own journey to finding that magic started in addiction treatment, but it quickly led me deep into the world of trauma and dissociation. I didn’t go looking for it, but once I was in, I was in. And surrendering to the mystery of dissociation not only shaped my career—it completely changed my life. It gave me energy, clarity, and purpose.

These days, I’m the owner and CEO (yes, I laugh at that title too!) of Advanced Therapeutic Interventions, where I specialize in providing intensive therapy for clients with complex dissociation and deep attachment wounds. The goal? Helping them get meaningful results in days—not years.

And just as importantly, I teach other therapists how to do the same.

I’ve spent thousands of hours sitting with clients, tracking their systems, working through resistance, and watching real transformation unfold. And now, I’m all in on sharing what I’ve learned—from basic parts work to deep trauma processing using the unconscious field.

I’m an EMDR-certified clinician and consultant, with a special love for working with clients with DID. I’m also trained in clinical hypnosis, and I regularly teach graduate students, medical interns, and fellow therapists. Because I truly believe: when we have the right tools and a solid roadmap, healing becomes not just possible—but powerful.
